Impact Next Gen (ING) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization striving to give hope to future generations in impoverished areas and develop them to be future leaders.
Impact Next Gen (ING) believes that education is the most powerful tool to end the cycle of poverty and serves as a universal passport to human development. ING is committed to providing access to education for children in underserved areas around the world. By empowering the next generation, ING offers hope to communities in poverty and nurtures future leaders. Recognizing that children cannot learn effectively when they are hungry or unwell, ING also ensures the availability of nutritious meals, clean water, and sanitary facilities to create an environment where children can thrive both physically and intellectually.
Board Members

Gina Kim, President
Gina is a retired clergy who has over 30 years of experience in youth, family, parish, and superintendency ministry. She also has broad experiences as a teacher, a computer engineer, co-founder of a non-profit organization for youth and an executive in a corporation before answering God’s call to pastoral ministry. She received her BA from Seoul National University, MS from University of Idaho, M.Div from Ashland Theological Seminary and D. Min from Drew Theological School.
Josephine Noah Lee
Secretary
Josephine serves as the secretary of the board. She has over 20 years of experience in global business, advising clients on strategy, operations, and transactions. Josephine is passionate about supporting education and addressing food scarcity and has volunteered with various community organizations championing these causes over the past three decades. She received her BA from Wellesley College and her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Josephine lives with her husband and two children in New Jersey.
Sung T. Moon
Treasurer
Sung is a businessman in the in the insurance field. He has extensive experiences of running businesses as the owner CEO and executive of private corporations. He has an MBA from Fairley Dickson University. He is an elder in his church and very involved with mission and ministry of his church.
Ellen Choi
Member
Ellen has a heart for children and mission for the underprivileged. She is the president of women’s society in her church and is responsible for organizing and managing small group ministry. She sings in the choir and a great soprano. She is a mother of two grown children and has three grandchildren.
Mary Odie Mugambi
Member
Mary is a dynamic bilingual leader with over 20 years of experience in senior management, including 15 years with the United Nations, where she has held pivotal roles at the ILO headquarters in Geneva, the ILO regional office in Abidjan, and UNDP in New York. She began her career with OXFAM in the Horn, East, and Central Africa and now pursues her second Master’s at Harvard Kennedy School as an Edward Mason Fellow. A CPA with an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Commerce, Mary is deeply committed to addressing Africa’s critical challenges through service and strategic impact. She is a Kenyan citizen and a U.S. permanent resident.
Chong W. Kim
Member
Chong is a generous, kind and compassionate leader who loves children and a firm believer that all children need to have opportunities to grow to their potential. He has Ph.D in organic chemistry from University of Idaho. He worked as a research chemist for years, He also has a M.A degree in Christian Ministry and has served as a local pastor in United Methodist Church. He organized and led numerous mission trips to help underprivileged children and communities in many countries.
