Feeding Minds,
Fueling Futures.
Impact Next Gen (ING) is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization striving to give hope to future generations in impoverished areas and develop them to be future leaders.

About Us
Impact Next Gen (ING) believes that education is the most powerful tool to end the cycle of poverty and serves as a universal passport to human development. ING is committed to providing access to education for children in underserved areas around the world. By empowering the next generation, ING offers hope to communities in poverty and nurtures future leaders. Recognizing that children cannot learn effectively when they are hungry or unwell, ING also ensures the availability of nutritious meals, clean water, and sanitary facilities to create an environment where children can thrive both physically and intellectually.

Welcome, and thank you for visiting our website.
At Impact Next Gen, we believe that every child—no matter where they come from—deserves the opportunity to dream, to grow, and to lead. In communities where poverty often writes the story, we exist to help rewrite the future. We are here to plant seeds of hope, nurture potential, and walk alongside the next generation as they rise to become compassionate, courageous, and capable leaders.
This mission is deeply personal. It is driven by the belief that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. Through mentorship, education, leadership development, and community engagement, we are committed to creating pathways where none seemed possible.
We invite you to join us—whether as a donor, volunteer, partner, or advocate. Your support helps us unlock the power and promise within young people who are ready to lead, to serve, and to transform their world.
Together, we can build a future that’s brighter, more just, and full of hope.
With gratitude and determination,
Gina Kim

Our Projects
Impact Next Gen (ING)’s first project is a school in a small village on the shores of Lake Victoria in Western Kenya. Due to high levels of poverty in this village, young children were unable to access kindergarten education, resulting in a late start that significantly affected their performance in the national education system and perpetuated a cycle of poverty. Recognizing the pressing need for early education, retired teachers in the Kisumu-Homa Bay area established Nyagidha Educational Centre in 2010. This non-profit school was founded to provide educational opportunities to children from underprivileged backgrounds.
The school currently serves close to 300 students, ranging from pre-kindergarten to 6th grade. Despite its invaluable impact, Nyagidha Educational Centre operates with limited resources. Many teachers work without regular salaries, and the school relies heavily on donations to cover basic expenses such as books, snacks, and operational costs. Parents, most of whom come from low-income backgrounds, cannot afford to pay sufficient school fees to sustain the institution fully.
To support Nyagidha Educational Centre, ING provides funds to cover part of the teachers’ salaries and manages a feeding program that ensures the children receive nutritious meals. With additional resources, the school envisions expanding to include 8th grade and offering merit-based scholarships to empower students with the opportunity to pursue higher education. ING also aims to inspire these students to return to their community as leaders and role models.
ING’s broader mission is to identify schools like Nyagidha Educational Centre worldwide and help them deliver quality education in a safe, nurturing environment. While the needs are vast, funding remains a significant challenge. By addressing these challenges, ING hopes to create lasting change and break cycles of poverty through education, one community at a time.
The needs are great, but funds are limited.
